The ethos behind the design required that the spraygun have changeable handle parts, be customisable to the user or their company, and maintain a quality feel throughout it’s life. The challenge was to create a design; at a low enough cost to fulfil the above interchangeability needs yet conform to the necessary ergonomic and chemical hazard requirements.

Using traditional methods, hand sketching and foam modelling, combined with CAD techniques & rapid prototyping, we achieved the right balance of ergonomics, aesthetics and fit and function to engineer a total design.
